The K is silent, get it?
Whether you're looking for help with your digital space, physical space, small business operations and administration, or your non-for-profit, I can help you find a clear path through and avoid burnout.
I know that clear priorities and a clear space makes for a clear mind. I can help you work towards this with enthusiasm and care in a purposeful and creative style.
I've worked in professional (and not-for-profit) theatre for 15 years in Vancouver and Calgary as a dramaturg, communications manager, producer, grant writer/fundraiser, and program manager. My physical self is serving the Lower Mainland, Metro Vancouver, and the Sunshine Coast; and my digital self is serving anywhere with an internet connection.
After receiving a bacholer of arts degree from the University of the Fraser Valley in English Literature and Theatre, I earned a Master of Arts Degree in Theatre Studies from the University of British Columbia.
I am an arts administrator and dramaturg with 15 years experience, and that's how I discovered my love of structure. I enjoy the process of wading through the way a story is told or presented-- the stories of your home, your family, or your company and the way you want to interact with them.
I have worked with companies in Vancouver and Calgary such as Alberta Playwrights' Network, Boca del Lupo, Pumphouse Theatre, Pi Theatre, New Works Performance Society, African Friendship Society, Ne.Sans, Handsome Alice Theatre, Sage Theatre, Fairy Tales Film Festival, Calgary Opera, Theatre BSMT, Evergreen Theatre, Vancouver International Children's Festival, and more.
I am currently serving as the Board President of the Playwrights Guild of Canada and as Vice President on the Board of Playwrights Canada Press.
I have two cats, and they're better than yours. Just try to convince me otherwise.
